Bekah Charleston serves as Director of Business Development for HC Solutions Training & Consulting, where she helps expand national and international access to trauma-informed training, consulting, and the MEMI Protocol (Multichannel Eye Movement Integration). In this role, she leads strategic partnerships, outreach, and program development initiatives that connect clinicians, first responder agencies, peer support teams, and organizations with practical tools for addressing trauma and building resilience.
Bekah is an internationally recognized speaker, survivor leader, and advocate whose work focuses on bridging lived experience, neuroscience-informed trauma care, and systems level change. Her story of survival, resilience, and leadership has been featured by numerous national media outlets including the Dallas Morning News, NPR, USA Today, New York Post, Deadline Crimes, Daystar, and A&E. Through her platform Bekah Speaks Out, she has delivered training and consulting to law enforcement agencies, service providers, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders across the United States and internationally. Bekah is also a TEDx speaker, where she shared her talk “Tragedy to Triumph,” focused on resilience and healing after trauma.
Bekah holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Texas Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her professional work has included nonprofit leadership, national survivor engagement initiatives, and policy advocacy at both the state and federal levels, including advocacy surrounding the Trafficking Survivors Relief Act.
Through her work with HC Solutions, Bekah continues to operate at the intersection of trauma recovery, leadership development, and community collaboration. She is dedicated to expanding access to effective trauma recovery tools, supporting first responders and helping professionals, and strengthening systems that promote long-term resilience and healing.
